Messika at Nihombashi Takashimaya: Move Link on the body and in a purple setting

The Tokyo pop-up runs through October 27. Official photographs of Kyoko Hasegawa wearing Move Link and of the installation show how the jewellery reads on the body and in display cases.
A Tokyo pop-up now open
Messika is holding a pop-up on the first floor of the Nihombashi Takashimaya S.C. main building in Tokyo from October 14 to 27, 2026. Its Japanese company’s October 16 report confirms that actor and model Kyoko Hasegawa attended on opening day. This article covers the retail event and the jewellery worn there; it does not treat every exhibited piece as an October debut.
Reading Move Link through wearing photographs
Hasegawa wears Move Link earrings, a choker, a cuff and a ring. Side views, full-length photographs and different hand positions allow the proportions at the neck, ears and wrist to be compared. JEWEL DAILY’s visual reading: the black dress provides a clear background for diamonds and link-shaped outlines. The necklace sits close to the neck, while the earrings and cuff carry similarly rounded lines to other parts of the body.

Unlike a product photograph taken straight on, standing and side views show the jewellery in relation to the shoulders, neck and arms. Repeated link outlines connect the different pieces visually. This is an interpretation of the photographs, not a measurement of weight, mobility or comfort.
Collections in a purple setting
Under the announced theme “MESSIKA 20th Anniversary,” the pop-up presents an anniversary set, Move with its mobile diamonds, and My Twin with asymmetrical pairings of emerald-cut and pear-shaped diamonds. Purple walls and carpet frame glass cases in the venue photographs. Display and wearing views complement each other: one brings the pieces closer, while the other gives a sense of scale on the body. Collection characteristics follow the brand’s descriptions; individual models in distant cases are not identified by guesswork.
Visiting information
The venue is the front event space on the first floor of Nihombashi Takashimaya S.C.’s main building. Dates are October 14–27; the brand lists hours of 10:30–19:30. Takashimaya’s official event page also confirms the venue and dates. Check the department store’s current schedule before visiting. All photographs here were supplied by the issuer and show the event setting or jewellery being worn.
