GIGI to open at Tokyo’s Shin-Marunouchi Building on November 6
The new Marunouchi store will carry stock for on-site purchases, with an emphasis on carved jewellery in 18K yellow gold. Six official images connect rings, charms and necklaces with the brand’s modern-vintage outlook.
From made-to-order to stock on hand
GIGI MARUNOUCHI is scheduled to open on November 6, 2026, in the ground-floor Passage at Tokyo’s Shin-Marunouchi Building. Previously focused on made-to-order sales, GIGI says the shop will hold stock for purchases on site. This does not establish that every style and size will always be available. The announced assortment centres on 18K yellow gold, carving and considered forms.
Rings: silhouette and scale on the hand
In the official wearing image, substantial ring faces and slimmer bands create a clear contrast in scale. We read this use of proportion as part of the vintage character. The photograph alone does not identify the stones or establish the exact techniques used for each piece.
Charms and personal symbols
The red-background still life brings together letter, heart and circular charms. GIGI identifies art, history and the stories behind vintage jewellery as inspirations, placing personal meaning in symbols. The different outlines can be compared visually without assigning an undocumented meaning to each motif.
Carved surfaces and layered necklaces
The close-up beside a rose shows a carved ring surface and its scale when worn. The piece appears in the store announcement; the release does not establish it as a product launching for the first time on November 6.
